It`s been since 93` since you have been gone and I still think about you everyday. I miss you so much, you left so much in my heart."like a rose that struggles though life rough a rugged, but leaves so beautiful in the end". I miss you!

Both you and your husband made differences in my life. You reeled me back in when I was blowing off my senior year.

Took Biology 3 times to understand it and it was only because of her that I made it through it. She is probably the best teacher I have ever had. You will be greatly missed. P.s. I got a B.

I remember her being a hard but fair teacher. The day that the Columbia space shuttle crashed, she brought a TV into our classroom to watch the news. She told us, that she had applied to be the first teacher to go to space, and made it to the semi-final interviews, before being dismissed. She cried that day, knowing that a teacher was on that shuttle that crashed. I admired and respected her so much more after that day.....

Carole was hands down one of the best teachers anyone could ever have. She is missed by all who knew her. I'd bet everyone remembers the question box. I was a student during the year when we all had to stop calling her Ms. Joel and started calling her Mrs. Siefert. It actually came very natural to me as my family was close with her husband and step-son. May you rest in peace and stay in the memories of all who knew you Edward C. Wood III Class of 1987

You were such a good teacher. I did not do very well in Biology in high school but later on in college I hit the books and did better. LQHS lost a woderful teacher. May you rest in peace.

I think of you, every morning as I put on mascara. I remember in Sex Ed. your making the comment for the guys not to suck on their girlfriend's eyelashes because this was not considered foreplay and mascara could be dangerous to digest. It still makes me laugh. Thank you for your thoughtful way of teaching, your modern consciousness and the courage to 'dare to be different' in everything you did - from teaching, to cheerleading to being a leader and friend. You are missed. God Bless! Stacey Kumagai, Class of 1984 Sophomore Yell Cheer Squad '82

Mrs Seifert was a great teacher. She made chem fun. The education system lost a great asset when she passed away.

I, as I am sure everybody who has had her, have Great memories of Mrs. Siefert. I remember how bubbly she was and yet at the same time how serious she was about the material. One of her favorite days of the year used to be halloween when she would do a sort of spooky chemistry/magic show. It was fun, and I was crushed to learn of her death. She was a beautiful women that treated me like not many others did.

I never had you as a teacher but I know people who did and you made a difference in their lives. They say that is what a teacher is all about, making a difference. Be safe and happy with god.
