In Memoriam
Mark was a polite, calm, easygoing guy with a bit of a drawl who enjoyed languages and the usual hijinks of LQ Band with Leon Honey. He told me once he was off to the army to learn Vietnamese and help his country in that other Asian war so long ago. Has anything changed since then? But, that is another subject. Mark did not seem like the type to be a sheriff but, then, who knows? Anyway, I just wanted to be sure that someone remembered him as a good ol' average guy who wanted to make a difference like everybody else. Here's to you Mark. And I hope that wherever you are things are much more peaceful than they were for you when you were with us. Later, Dan
