To Mrs.Gandy and Dawn`s husband and children.....I am so very sorry for your loss. My family grew up on Begonia St. a few doors down from Dawn`s. I remember once we put on a "concert" for parents & the other kids. What fond memories. God Bless you all.

I thank God for letting me get in touch with you these final months. We had great talks at Sue's wedding, the hospital and the Angel game. You told me about your love of Ernie, family and God. You were not afraid. Especially thanks to Sue Bee for keeping LQ77 Spirit going. We'll miss you Dawn.

So proud to call her a friend. She had incredible determination--both in high school and in this last fight to the finish. She pressed on and looked toward the prize of her high calling with passion. She told me days before she died that she counted her sufferings a privilege if others could see Jesus in her. She held fast to life even while in pain because her kids brought her great joy. Her husband was her soul mate and brought her strength. They will meet up in heaven. I am so grateful to Cindy, Vickie, and Sue for helping me get in touch with Dawn one last time...here. I know I'll see her again! 1 Thes. 4:16-18
