Coach Bill Reynolds was the basketball coach at LQ from 63 till sometime in the late 70`s. He coached the first ever LQ basketball team to the CIF playoffs for the first time in the schools history. He was a good coach who became a great coach and man after accepting Christ in the mid 70`s. He died of cancer after a great 2 year fight. He touched many, many lives along the way.

In Memoriam
Coach taught our familiy to swim when we were kid's and I had the pleasure to play for him on the team in high school. He will be missed but there is a comfort to know he is with the lord and will be abel to see him again.

Thank you Coach Reynolds for the years you coached me. I applied what I learned to coaching high school varsity girls' basketball. I am so happy that you came to know the Lord. May Jesus bless and comfort your family. You will be missed, but I look forward to seeing you again in heaven.

Mr. Reynolds and i were reunited as he was a great coach at Vanguard university and i the baseball coach. He was a strong christian and a true influence on his players and friends. I guess God needed a good basketball coach and teacher.
