After graduating from La Quinta, Jim went on to graduate from U.C.Irvine. He married and had 2 sons. He worked for Ralphs Grocery Co. for many years. His death, from a massive stroke, was sudden and unexpected.

In Memoriam
Jim`s two sons have grown up to be very successful young men with beautiful families. His oldest son Travis is married with two children and is a medical sales professional. His youngest son Jeff played Football at UCLA, was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings and played in the NFL for 2-years. Jeff is now an accomplished fire fighter and paramedic in Orange county, CA and father of three. Jim was a great Dad and very involved in his kids sports. He was my step Dad from a very young age (18 months), and I never called him "step Dad", he was just always Dad Jim. Rest easy Dad, we love and miss you, you would be so proud of the boys, they are incredible young men and miss you dearly.
