Stuart... as the last person to see you alive and the first one to find you dead my life has never been the same since. We both had really heavy stuff going on at home. You with your dad and me with my mom. Yeah that made life kinda hard to deal with but we would spend all that time in your garage listening to Leon Russell sing Tightrope and Jim and Jimi raise our spirits daily. We could always find our happy place in your garage or like that morning when I was on my way to school and you were sitting in the Mendenhall field back by the strawberry field.You told me your dad was going to cut your hair and send you to military school. Remember what I told you? We could both run away together and follow the Grateful Dead and live happily everafter. I thought you believed me I walked off to school. I was serious you know. I ended up doing that in 73` If only you could of hung on my friend. Things have never been the same since that day I found you but somehow I have managed to make it thi

I met you in Summer School you sat behind me we talked a little we had same friends Danny Gomez Tom Hall. I look back I wish what I know now. Life is hard but it changes We have to hang on. See you in heaven Stewart. You are a sweet guy.
