John was laid to rest in Temecula, CA. John was loved by many and remains in their memories. He was very charismatic with a powerful and colorful personality. John possessed a deep sense of spirituality and had a desire to teach "The Word" to others. His bright smile and sense of generosity touched all who knew him. John is survived by his children, Anneleise of Fullerton, Jonathon of Temecula.

I am sad for the family of John. John, myself and John Keon were very close friends at La Quinta and enjoyed being teenagers growing up at a great time in Orange County! We shared so much and laughed even more. You left us too soon Johnny boy! Ed Oberg

I couldn`t believe my eyes last May, when I read that you were gone. Memories of yesteryear help ease our painful hearts. You were my wild & crazy high school sweetheart... we shared secrets, love & laughter... smiles & tears... long walks on warm beaches... long talks til the sun came up and many hours cruising 4Th street in your old 50 something Chevy. The high school dances & football games, the drive-in movies & wild parties... the co-eds, proms & graduation are a few of the moments with you that I will always cherish... I thank you for the years we shared, the promises & dreams we made to each other, that never came true... I will remember, always, your warm smile, your sweet heart and your contagious laugh... My deepest & sincere condolences to your family.. "Your memory is a keepsake, from which I`ll never part..God has you in his arms..I have you in my heart."
